LOVELY IBIZA PRODUCTIONS

Ibiza · Formentera · social-first

Social and UGC content days produced in Ibiza.

A content day is not a campaign. It is a fast, multi-format shoot block that fills weeks of feed and paid social in one go — vertical clips for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus 4:5 and 1:1 crops off the same setups. We bring the creators or models, a lean shooting crew, location access and the permits, then hand the edits back fast. Polished campaign work sits on our fashion campaign production page.

Most teams chasing social content on Ibiza land on the wrong kind of shop. The global UGC platforms send a brief off-island and ship you clips with no real location, no permit and no idea what Cala Comte looks like in August. The local social-video outfits lean wedding and event work and go thin the moment a brand needs municipal filming permits, beach access or drone clearance. A content day is its own thing — lighter and faster than a polished shoot, but it still needs a producer who can run creators, lock a finca, clear a public space and get usable verticals out the door inside the day. That is the desk we point at social volume. The same crew, locations and permit fluency behind our campaign work, sized down for speed and built around the platform the content is going to live on.

What a content day covers

Batched content days

One shoot block planned to capture multiple formats, looks and hooks, so a single day gives the social team plenty to schedule. We plan the day around how many setups the light allows, not a fixed asset count, and keep the unit moving fast through them.

Vertical short-form first

Shot 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with 4:5 and 1:1 crops pulled off the same setups so one frame feeds multiple placements. Hooks and openers planned per platform so the footage is cut to look like the feed, not a landscape ad reformatted after the fact.

Creators and model handling

We source on-island creators or talent, brief them on the angle and run the day so the content feels native rather than staged. If you are bringing your own creator, we handle the logistics, the locations and the crew around them. Either way the talent is treated as part of the shot, not a prop.

Lean fast crew

A small unit built around the camera operator — sound where the format needs it, one producer keeping the day on time. Sized for volume and speed rather than a full campaign rig, which is the point of a content day. Fewer people, more setups, faster turnaround.

Location and studio access

Owner-direct fincas, coves and town spots from the scouted library — Santa Gertrudis fincas, Cala Comte, Dalt Vila, Las Dalias — plus a daylight studio or cyclorama day when the brief wants a clean backdrop. Booked direct, cleared for crew and the format you are shooting.

Permits and access handled

Municipal filming permits via the Ajuntament d’Eivissa, beach access for spots inside the Parc Natural de Ses Salines, and AESA drone authorisation for aerial cuts. Filed in-house so a public-space content day does not get moved on or shut down halfway through.

Quick-turn edit and delivery

Paid-social cuts, captioned verticals and a graded selects pack handed back fast, sorted by placement so nothing needs re-cropping before it goes live. We agree the turnaround up front so the edit is part of the booking, not an afterthought.

Don’t see your format?

A creator trip layered onto a shoot day. A studio cyclorama block between location setups. A Formentera leg on the same booking. Tell us the formats and the message and we shape the day around them.

How we work

01

Brief

Tell us the formats, the platforms, the dates and the message. We turn a rough brief into a shot list and a run-of-day that hits every hook and ratio the team needs, and flag what is realistic for one day before anyone commits.

02

Lock

Creators or talent sourced and briefed, locations booked owner-direct, the lean crew confirmed. Municipal permits, beach access and AESA drone clearance filed so a public-space day holds. Studio cyclorama day pinned if the brief wants a clean backdrop.

03

Shoot

A camera-led unit moves fast through setups, capturing vertical first plus the crops, multiple looks and a stack of hooks. The producer keeps the day on time so the content gets shot before the light goes and the talent stays fresh.

04

Edit and hand back

Paid-social cuts, captioned verticals and a graded selects pack delivered fast, organised by platform and ratio. The team can schedule straight away rather than wait on post.

Where we shoot social content

Sunrise verticals at Cala Comte. A creator walking Dalt Vila’s lanes before the town wakes. Es Vedrà over the shoulder from the Cala d’Hort cliffs. A market stroll through Las Dalias, then a clean studio cyclorama block in the afternoon. A Formentera leg on the same booking when the feed wants the white sand. Same producer across all of it.

Lovely CPS runs content creation shoot days in Ibiza for brands and social teams who need volume, not one perfect frame. A content day is a fast, multi-format block — vertical short-form for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus 4:5 and 1:1 crops and paid-social cuts — built so one day on the island gives the social team plenty to schedule across formats. We bring on-island creators or talent, a lean camera-led crew, owner-direct location access and the municipal permits, then hand a graded selects pack back fast. It is the same production desk behind our campaign work, sized down for speed and pointed at social.

This page is the content day — short-form social and UGC-style, lighter and faster. Polished editorial and story shoots belong on editorial production in Ibiza. Brand hero campaign work sits on fashion campaign production. On-model catalogue and packshot is ecommerce shoot production. If the brief is the creator trip and event itself rather than the shoot, that is influencer events in Ibiza. The content-day deliverable is verticals, hooks, cuts and a selects pack — not a lookbook or a single campaign image.

Locations run from owner-direct Santa Gertrudis fincas to Cala Comte, Dalt Vila, Cala d’Hort and Las Dalias, with a daylight cyclorama day when the brief wants a clean backdrop, all from the same scouted library behind our Ibiza location scouting. Public-space days are cleared in-house — municipal filming permits through the Ajuntament d’Eivissa, access inside the Parc Natural de Ses Salines, and AESA drone authorisation covered on drone filming permits and the wider Ibiza production services desk. One producer runs the day end-to-end.

Questions we get a lot

How many assets can you shoot in one content day in Ibiza?

Enough to keep the social team scheduling for weeks — many usable cuts across formats from one block, rather than a fixed number we would have to guess at. The real total depends on how many setups the light and locations allow and how complex each look is. We scope it honestly on the brief call and build a run-of-day that hits every format and hook the team needs before committing.

What is the difference between a content day and a full campaign shoot?

A content day is built for volume and speed — a lean crew moving fast through setups to capture short-form, vertical and UGC-style content for social. A campaign shoot is slower and heavier, geared to one polished set of hero images with a bigger crew and longer post. If you want the polished version, our editorial and campaign pages cover that. This page is the lighter, faster, social-first day.

Can you source creators or models in Ibiza, or do we bring our own?

Both. We source on-island creators or models, brief them on the angle and run the day so the content feels native. If you are bringing your own creator, we handle the locations, permits, crew and logistics around them. Either way the talent is part of how the day is planned, not an add-on we drop in at the last minute.

Do you shoot vertical short-form for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or only landscape?

Vertical short-form first. We shoot 9:16 built for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, then pull 4:5 and 1:1 crops off the same setups so one shot feeds multiple placements. Hooks and openers are planned per platform so the footage is cut to look native to the feed, not a landscape ad cropped down afterwards. Landscape is captured too where a placement needs it.

How fast do we get the edits back after the shoot?

Fast, and we agree the exact turnaround up front so it is part of the booking rather than an afterthought. You get paid-social cuts, captioned verticals and a graded selects pack organised by platform and ratio, so the team can schedule straight away without re-cropping. Tell us your scheduling deadline before the shoot and we plan the edit handoff around it.

Do we need a permit to shoot social content on Ibiza beaches and in town?

Usually, yes — even a lean content day in a public space needs cover. We file municipal filming permits through the Ajuntament d’Eivissa, arrange access for beaches inside the Parc Natural de Ses Salines, and handle AESA drone authorisation for aerial cuts in the CTR IBZ airspace around the airport. Filing in-house is what keeps a public-space day from being moved on halfway through.

What locations work best for a social content shoot in Ibiza?

It depends on the feed you are building. Cala Comte and Cala d’Hort with Es Vedrà give you bright coastal verticals, Dalt Vila’s lanes read as authentic town, Santa Gertrudis fincas give a controlled private setting, and Las Dalias adds a market texture. A daylight cyclorama day covers clean studio looks. Many content days mix two or three so the batch does not all look like the same place.

How far in advance should we book a content day for summer?

Earlier than you would think for peak summer. June to September is the busiest window on the island for crew, creators and the best locations, and a public-space day needs permits filed ahead — count on seven working days for a municipal filming permit and twenty business days for AESA drone clearance. A few weeks of lead time is comfortable for a straightforward day; sooner is better if the brief needs drone, a specific finca or multiple locations.

Plan a content day

Tell us the formats, the platforms, the dates and the message you need to land — never the budget. We will tell you what one day on the island can realistically shoot and how fast you get the edits back.

NDA by default on every brief. Pre-release assets stay off shared drives.
