LOVELY IBIZA PRODUCTIONS

Ibiza daylight · on-model + still-life · volume days

High-volume e-commerce photoshoot production, Spain — tethered, fit-checked, retouch-ready.

Studio setups in Ibiza, daylight days on the west coast, one producer running both. Tethered straight into Capture One, colour-targeted from frame one, steamer and a fit model on the floor, files named to your SKU convention before lunch. We’ve run volume e-com days for Boohoo, H&M, Monki and New Look. Quote back same day with a realistic SKUs-per-day number.

E-com shoots don’t die on the hero frame — they die on look 147, when the steamer ran out of water, the fit model’s call time slipped, the DAM rejected the file-naming convention and nobody on the crew knows what a Salsify export looks like. Most Spanish studios are a single room, a seamless, and a freelance retoucher who replies on Tuesday. We run a producer, a DIT on Capture One, a full steam and fit team, a tailor with pins, and a file-ops runner who pushes to your PIM while we shoot. The days finish on time because they were planned as volume days, not as campaigns.

What we handle end-to-end

On-model days

Full-day throughput with fit model, steamer, tailor and dresser alongside a DIT running tethered Capture One to your naming convention. Changeover rhythm planned from the brief, not improvised on the day.

Still-life, packshot & ghost mannequin

Invisible-mannequin, flat-lay, accessory still — one seamless, two lighting setups, back-to-back. Volume pacing, the same DIT pipeline, same wrap report.

Studio + location hybrid

Ibiza studio setups for the catalogue week, west-coast daylight fincas for lifestyle PDP stills — one producer, one contract, one file tree at the end.

Tethered, colour-managed pipeline

Capture One sessions, X-Rite ColorChecker on every setup, ICC profile baked in, on-set retouch pass before the file leaves the floor. The DIT sits next to camera with a second monitor — you get a soft-proof you can trust.

Fit team, steamer & sample logistics

Fit model booked to your measurement spec, tailor with a pin box, steamer rota, dresser, and a sample-ops runner who receives, labels and ships back against your wrap manifest.

Retouch, PIM ingest & DAM delivery

Cut-out, ghost-mannequin clean, colour-correction batch, file-naming to your SKU pattern, direct push to Akeneo, Salsify, Contentserv or Shopify. We deliver to whatever spec your e-com engineer sends us.

How we work

01

Brief

SKU count, sample arrival date, fit-model spec, PIM naming convention, delivery deadline. We quote a realistic SKUs-per-day range, not a wish. One call, one producer, one contract.

02

Sample ops

Samples inbound to our receiving address, labelled, catalogued, rota’d against the call sheet, steamed the night before. Wrap manifest prepared in advance so nothing goes missing.

03

Shoot

Capture One on session, ColorChecker frame one, fit and steam team on rotation, on-set retouch pass before the file leaves the floor. The producer on your comms is the same producer on set.

04

Deliver

Colour-corrected, cut-out, renamed to your SKU convention, pushed direct to Akeneo, Salsify, Contentserv or Shopify. Wrap report reconciles every sample back.

Where we shoot

E-com doesn’t need an epic. It needs daylight that doesn’t swing, a seamless that doesn’t scuff, and a receiving dock that signs for a dozen sample boxes without fuss. Ibiza’s west coast gives the lifestyle PDP day. Our studio setups handle the catalogue volume. One producer runs both legs.

Lovely CPS is a e-commerce photoshoot Spain team that has run volume catalogue and on-model days on Ibiza — tethered, colour-managed, PIM-ingested. If you’re an e-commerce production manager at a UK or EU fashion brand looking for a producer who already knows what a Salsify export looks like, that’s the shape of what we do. Boohoo, H&M, Monki, New Look, Zara Woman, Fiorucci, Simone Perele and Johnstons of Elgin have all run volume shoot days through this Ibiza production desk.

On-model days with fit model, steamer, tailor and dresser on the floor. Still-life and ghost-mannequin days for flat-lay, invisible-mannequin and accessory stills. Daylight lifestyle PDP stills at west-coast fincas and studio setups we hold standing dates on. Tethered, colour-managed DIT on every setup — Capture One, X-Rite ColorChecker from frame one, on-set retouch pass, and a DAM-ready ingest into Akeneo, Salsify, Contentserv or Shopify. Lighting and Capture One rigs sourced from our island rental desk. Sample receiving, labelling, reconciliation and return-shipping handled by our file-ops runner.

The proposition is simple: one producer, one contract, one file tree at the end. Brief the catalogue week and the lifestyle PDP day together — Ibiza handles both. Same colour pipeline, same file-naming convention, same wrap report. It stops the one thing that kills an ecomm production Spain drop: file drift between vendors. For brands running bigger campaign work alongside their e-com, we also handle full fashion campaign production. For the wider remit, see production services across Spain. One line on the brief, one number to call.

Questions we get a lot

How many SKUs do you realistically shoot in a day?

On-model, plan on 200–400 SKUs in a day with one model at a 90-second changeover rhythm; with two models leapfrogging on simple styles, the upper range climbs. Still-life and ghost-mannequin run 150–300 a day, depending on whether the style needs a tailor pass. We commit to the low end of that range on the call sheet and aim to over-deliver — never a figure that is really a story.

Do you shoot tethered, colour-managed, to our PIM naming convention?

Yes. Capture One on session for every setup, X-Rite ColorChecker on frame one of every change, ICC profile baked into the session, renamed to your SKU pattern on ingest. The DIT works next to camera with a second monitor — you get a soft-proof you can trust. We deliver direct to Akeneo, Salsify, Contentserv, Shopify Files or a flat SFTP, whatever your DAM speaks.

Is the fit team (steamer, tailor, fit model) included or extra?

Included on e-com days as standard. Our setup includes one fit model booked to your measurement spec, one steamer, one tailor with a pin box, one dresser, and a file-ops runner. Extra fit models, specialty sizes (curve, petite, kids) or knitwear-blocking requirements are quoted separately and honestly.

Studio, location, or both — what does hybrid mean in practice?

Hybrid typically means Ibiza studio setups for the catalogue volume plus a west-coast daylight finca for the lifestyle PDP stills — one producer, one contract, one file tree at the end. You can also run the entire brief from Ibiza using a daylight finca plus a controlled seamless setup we’ve held dates on. Both options are quoted at the same time so you can choose.

What’s your retouch and delivery timeline?

On-set retouch pass on frame one of every change (colour, basic cleanup), so files leave the floor soft-proofed. Full retouch — cut-out, ghost-mannequin clean, colour correction to your reference swatch, renamed, PIM-ingested — within 5 business days for drops under 300 SKUs, 7 days for 300–600, 10 days for 600+. Rush delivery available on request.

Are you compatible with Akeneo, Salsify, Contentserv and Shopify — and can you handle reshoots?

Yes to all four PIMs; we deliver to whatever spec your e-com engineer sends (CSV mapping, folder tree, file-naming RegEx, metadata fields). Reshoots of SKUs rejected on PDP QA are quoted separately with a 48-hour turnaround. We keep lighting diagrams per setup so a reshoot matches the original invisibly, weeks or months later.

How do you handle sample logistics — receiving, labelling, shipping back?

Ship to our receiving address 3 business days ahead (EU) or 7 days (UK, post-Brexit customs). Our file-ops runner receives, labels against your SKU list, cross-checks against the call sheet, steams the night before, shoots in rota, and packs back against the wrap manifest. The wrap report reconciles every SKU: in, shot, returned.

Sustainability — what do e-com brands ask for now?

LED-only lighting where practical (Profoto B10X, Aputure 600D, Astera tubes), a single sample shipment per drop rather than multiple re-flights, local crew rather than flights from London or Paris, a digital-only delivery pipeline, and a carbon report on request scoped to kit transport, crew travel and studio energy. We track what we can measure and report honestly rather than claiming a status we haven’t earned.
