A branded pop-up at a Cala Jondal day venue. A villa takeover above Es Cavallet, rigged and powered for three live days. A sampling build at Marina Botafoch that loads in clean and strikes without a mark left. You bring the concept and the brand world. We are the production company that fabricates the set, clears the venue and permits, runs power and back-of-house, staffs the floor and captures the content.
Most Ibiza activation pages lead with strategy decks, immersive concepts and promo staff. That is the agency lane. Lovely is the build side. A branded pop-up on the island looks easy on a moodboard and gets difficult on load-in day. The Ajuntament activity licence sits separately from the beach concession. A coastal site near the Parc Natural de Ses Salines has access and reinstatement rules nobody flags until you are there. The generator has to be sized before the rig goes up, not after. We assume you already have the idea and the look. What you need on the ground is a desk that fabricates the build, secures the venue, files the permits, powers and rigs it, runs the back-of-house and floor crew, and captures the content — then strikes it and leaves the site as it was found.
Branded installations, pop-up structures, scenic and props built or sourced on-island. We work from your drawings or your agency’s design pack and produce a build that loads in, stands up to island weather and strikes clean. Freight from the mainland handled when a kit ships in rather than gets built here.
Beach clubs, villas, finca estates, rooftops and day venues across Ibiza — Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Talamanca, Santa Gertrudis, the Marina Botafoch waterfront. Booked owner-direct and pre-cleared for branding, load-in route, power access and music hours. We chase availability early and stay realistic about which sites can actually take your build, rather than over-promising one for your dates.
Ajuntament activity licences for Eivissa and Sant Josep, beach and coastal concessions through the Demarcación de Costas en Illes Balears, music derogations, Parc Natural de Ses Salines use-permits and Autoritat Portuària de Balears clearance on the marinas. Filed in Catalan and Castellano. For a deeper read on the permit path, see our film-permit desk.
Generators sized to the build, power distribution, structural rigging, sound and lighting, and a weather and load-in contingency pinned before load-in starts. Off-grid villa and beach sites planned for their own power rather than an extension lead from the bar.
Bar build, sampling logistics, cold chain, crew catering and waste and reinstatement run behind the scenes so the front of the activation stays clean. Guest-facing food and event catering routes to our production-catering desk.
Spanish and English brand hosts, build crew, a security liaison and a run-of-show floor lead who owns the live days. Hosts who know the brand and the build, not a generic agency-staff roster booked by the hour.
Stills and vertical video captured from build through live days, a social cut delivered the same day and the longer edit turned around fast. Instagram and TikTok vertical content shot of the activation itself — this is capture of the build and the live moment, not a separate campaign shoot.
Import and customs handling through IBZ, on-island transport, kit and product handling, storage between days, then the strike at the end. The site is reinstated and signed off so the deposit and the relationship with the venue both come back intact.
You send the concept, the design pack and the dates. We read the build against the island — which venues can take it, which permits and concessions it needs, how it gets powered and rigged, what loads in and what ships from the mainland. One producer, one contract, scoped in the same conversation.
Venue held under contract, permits and concessions filed, generator and rig specced to the build, freight and storage booked. A run-of-show for the live days shared with the brand, with a weather and load-in contingency pinned before crews arrive on site.
Fabrication and set go up, power and rigging in, back-of-house and bar built, floor crew and brand hosts briefed. Content crew on site from the build so the make-of footage exists, not just the finished frame. Final walk-through before doors.
Floor lead owns the live days, back-of-house and crew catering kept off the guest side, a social cut delivered the same day. On wrap we take the build down, clear the site and sign it off so the venue comes back clean.
A pop-up at a Cala Jondal day venue. A villa takeover above Es Cavallet. A sampling build on the Marina Botafoch waterfront. A rooftop moment in Dalt Vila and a finca installation out in Santa Gertrudis. Same producer and same build crew across all of them, from the first recce to the night the trucks leave.

Lovely CPS is a production company, not a strategy agency. We build and run brand activations in Ibiza for brands and the agencies that hold the creative — pop-ups, beach-club and villa takeovers, branded installations, product-launch builds and sampling. You bring the idea and the look. We fabricate the set, secure the venue, file the permits and concessions, run power, rigging and back-of-house, staff the floor and capture the content. The same production desk behind our fashion campaign work, pointed at the physical build of an activation on the island.
An activation on Ibiza touches several authorities at once — an Ajuntament activity licence, a beach concession through the Demarcación de Costas en Illes Balears, a music derogation, and a Parc Natural de Ses Salines use-permit on protected coastline. Our Ibiza permit desk reads that path before the venue is locked. Guest-facing dinners, launch parties and press previews belong with event production, and the bar, crew catering and sampling cold chain run through our production-catering desk — so this page stays on the build itself.
We book day venues, beach clubs, villas and marinas around Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Talamanca and Marina Botafoch directly with the owners, and we describe the takeover process honestly rather than over-promising a particular site for your dates. When the activation runs across more than one region, our multi-region activations desk carries it on one contract, and for campaign capture on the island there is Ibiza production services. One producer, one contract, build through to a clean strike.
Start the conversation as early as you can for a summer window. The build calendar is driven by the venue and the paperwork — an Ajuntament activity licence and, on the coast, a beach concession both take time and sit separately from each other. Once the concept and dates are fixed we work backwards from the live days to set the fabrication, freight, permit and load-in dates so nothing waits on a document.
Yes, takeovers are core to what we build. Day venues, beach clubs, villas and marina sites around Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Talamanca and Marina Botafoch all run takeovers under the right terms. We deal with the venue owner ourselves and clear the site for branding, load-in route, power and music hours before you commit. We chase availability early and tell you which sites are realistic for your dates before anything is promised to the brand.
We do. An activity licence comes from the relevant Ajuntament — Eivissa or Sant Josep — while a beach or coastal site needs a concession through the Demarcación de Costas en Illes Balears, and protected coastline near the Parc Natural de Ses Salines carries its own use-permit. Music past the cut-off needs a derogation, and the marinas sit under the Autoritat Portuària de Balears. We file in Catalan and Castellano. Our film-permit desk covers the detail of the path.
Either works. We fabricate and source the set on-island from your drawings or your agency’s design pack, which avoids freighting a large structure across the water. When a build already exists or has to travel, we handle import through IBZ, on-island transport, storage between days and the rig on site. Once we see the design and the dates we will tell you which route is cleaner to run.
That is exactly the brief we are built for. You hold the concept, the brand world and the design. We are the on-island production company that makes it real — fabrication, venue, permits, power and rigging, back-of-house, floor crew and content capture, then take it all down cleanly at the end. We do not ideate or rework your creative; we deliver it on the ground and keep you posted at each lock.
We size power to the build before the rig is specced. Off-grid villa and beach sites get their own generators and distribution rather than an extension lead from the bar, with structural rigging, sound and lighting planned around the load and the weather. A load-in and contingency plan is pinned in advance so a windy afternoon does not improvise the rig on the day.
Yes. We staff with Spanish and English-speaking brand hosts, build crew, a security liaison and a run-of-show floor lead who owns the live days. These are hosts who have been walked through the brand and the build beforehand, not a roster of agency staff who show up cold on the day. The floor lead is your single point of contact once doors open, so the brand is not managing a crowd of suppliers on the day.
We embed a small content crew from the build, so you get the behind-the-scenes as well as the finished moment. Stills and vertical video for Instagram and TikTok are shot across build and live days, a short cut goes out the same evening and the longer edit follows fast. This is capture of the activation itself — if you need a full campaign shoot rather than activation content, that runs through our Ibiza production services instead.
Tell us the concept, the dates and the build — the venue type you have in mind, what loads in versus ships, and how ambitious you want the activation to be. We will come back on feasibility, the permit path and the takeover route. Scope and timing, not budget.
NDA by default on every brief. Designs, dates and brand plans stay off shared drives until you say otherwise.
