Fashion crews run on specific food. Vegan, gluten-free, Halal, no refined sugar, no onion, no garlic — all in the same lunch queue, on a terrace that’ll be in the frame if a tile falls. We book the kitchens, manage the brief, and stand between your catering and your art director’s look of horror. Formentera drop-offs via Balearia cargo, same-day.
Fashion crew catering in Ibiza breaks in a specific way. You brief a local restaurant, they confirm “no problem” on the dietary requirements, and on day two the gluten-free option has croutons and the model-clean lunch is a pasta in cream sauce. The caterer doesn’t know what model-clean means. Neither does the venue. You spend twenty minutes on WhatsApp at 07:30 instead of reviewing the call sheet. We solved it by building a vetted partner-kitchen network on the island, briefed the same way every time, that already knows what a fashion-crew dietary brief looks like. We manage the relationship, the daily brief, the dietary matrix, and the quiet-pack requirement. You get one line on the budget sheet and one WhatsApp thread.
Pre-set craft table on arrival — cold brew, matcha, fresh juice, fruit, proteins, GF pastries. Ready before the first frame. No styrofoam cups, no branded cups that read wrong on-set.
Served on the break. Starter, main with dietary variants plated separately, dessert or fruit close. Crew sizes from 8 to 60. Partner kitchens deliver to location or we relay to a covered dining area within walking distance of set.
Between-meal protein hits for long shooting days — nuts, rice crackers, hummus, fruit skewers, cold-pressed juice top-ups, protein balls. Laid out and refreshed by a runner without interrupting set.
Full dietary matrix management. Vegan, gluten-free, Halal-certified, no-onion / no-garlic (common on talent riders), no refined sugar (model-clean default). Kosher on request with advance notice. Every dish labelled. Matrix submitted to your production report before day one.
End-of-day — sparkling water, cold-pressed juice, light bites. Packs down quietly. Nothing left on-set that reads as litter in the last hero frame.
Kosher-certified for talent, overnight multi-day remote locations, Formentera all-day catering via ferry logistics — we’ve done it. Tell us the brief
Send us the crew size, shoot days, dietary matrix, and location list. We come back within 4 hours with a kitchen shortlist and proposed service format. Brief us the same time you brief the location.
We write the daily catering brief — menu per meal, dietary variants, delivery time, pack format, on-set layout. Partner kitchens sign it off. You see the matrix before day one.
On shoot days — morning craft set before first frame, hot lunch delivered on the break, rolling snacks replenished by a runner. We handle the kitchen liaison, the timing, and quiet-pack compliance. You don’t manage a caterer.
Catering line in the production report. Spend itemised by day and meal. Quiet-pack waste removed before set clears. Invoice with receipts in the format your accountant accepts.
If you’re building a budget for an Ibiza shoot and trying to work out who handles production catering in Ibiza for a dietary-strict fashion crew, the answer usually isn’t “find a local restaurant and brief them the morning before.” Most Ibiza restaurants understand group bookings. Very few understand a dietary matrix that runs vegan, gluten-free, Halal-certified, and model-clean in the same service, packed in nothing that’ll show up in a background frame. We manage on-set catering in Ibiza through a vetted partner-kitchen network built over seasons of fashion-crew briefs on this island — catering is part of the full Ibiza production service and runs alongside our Ibiza fixer desk on the same brief.
The service covers the full shoot day — morning craft table (cold brew, matcha, fresh juice, GF pastries, protein) before the first frame; hot three-course lunch with plated dietary variants delivered to the locations we shoot across the island on the break; rolling snack and protein station refreshed by a runner through the afternoon; wrap refreshments before last light. Craft services in Ibiza for the crew on set, from editorial units of 8 to full commercial shoots of 60. Quiet-pack standard on every job — no styrofoam, no single-use plastic in frame-adjacent areas, no branded cups. Formentera day-trip shoots are covered via Balearia cargo ferry with same-day meal drops coordinated to your schedule. The dietary matrix goes into your PM report before day one so there are no surprises on billing or on set.
We also produce in Berlin under the same contract — fashion crew catering in Ibiza and production catering in Berlin on one invoice, one producer who knows your dietary brief already. If your Ibiza resort shoot is in June and your Berlin editorial is in September, the catering brief travels with the production brief. One team, two cities, no re-briefing. For the full multi-market picture, see our full Spain production service. Brief us short; we’ll come back with a kitchen shortlist and proposed service format the same afternoon.
Standard matrix on every job — vegan, gluten-free, Halal-certified, no-onion / no-garlic (common on talent riders), and model-clean (no refined sugar, no heavy sauces, no processed carbs). These run simultaneously with plated variants, not separate meals. Kosher-certified is available with advance notice and requires a specific partner kitchen. We pre-submit the full dietary matrix to the production report so every crew member sees it on the call sheet.
Three bands — 8 to 20 crew (editorial unit, one kitchen partner, streamlined service), 20 to 40 crew (mid-scale fashion campaign, two delivery rounds, dedicated runner), 40 to 60 crew (large commercial shoot, full catering station). Anything above 60 we quote individually — it requires a catering logistics recce alongside the location recce.
Depends on location. For accessible fincas and town locations, partner kitchens deliver hot and packaged. For remote cliff or cove locations with no vehicle access, we use a relay system — delivery to the nearest road point, warm-hold in insulated transit boxes, runner from road to set. On larger multi-day shoots we can install a mobile kitchen station on-site where the permit allows. Format confirmed at the brief stage.
Yes. Meals are prepared in Ibiza by the partner kitchen and travel on the Balearia cargo ferry, or as a dedicated early-morning ferry run if volumes are large. A runner receives on the Formentera side and transfers to location. Formentera doesn’t have the same partner kitchen density as Ibiza, so the model is always ferry-drop from our Ibiza network. The ferry crossing adds roughly 45 minutes to the logistics window — built into the morning craft timing.
Model-clean on our briefs means — no refined sugar (honey and date-based sweeteners allowed), no heavy cream or butter sauces, no deep-fried anything, no processed carbohydrates on the main plate, no onion or garlic in any dish. Normal crew portion sizes. Proteins, salads, roasted vegetables, grains, fresh fruit, cold-pressed juice. The craft table runs the same philosophy. We can share the model-clean menu with talent management before the shoot if required.
Quiet-pack means no styrofoam containers, no single-use branded plastic cups or bottles, no foil trays in shot-adjacent areas. Everything is served in matte neutral packaging — kraft paper boxes, plain glass bottles, unbranded ceramics or reusables where catering is table-service. We run this standard without being asked. Catering detritus appears in background frames on wide shots more often than crews expect, and a branded cup in a luxury resort frame is a reshooting problem nobody wants.
Send us the crew size, shoot days, locations, and dietary matrix. We come back with a proposed service format scoped to the brief — which meals, which dietary variants, delivery vs relay, runner cover, and any ferry logistics. The right format varies by location type, crew size and dietary complexity, so we shape it to your shoot rather than send a generic menu.
Tell us the crew size, the dietary matrix, and where you’re shooting. We’ll have a kitchen shortlist and service format back to you the same afternoon.
We keep everything under NDA by default.
