Scout & clear
We drive the island. Owners met in person, permits filed the same day as the recce, Guardia Civil pre-cleared for closed-road shoots, alt-locations held in case weather flips.
Run the shoot
Trucks, drivers, kit, crew, HMU, catering, drone op, talent transport. One producer, one WhatsApp thread, receipts filed as we go. Or a lighter-touch fixer slice, if you have your own line producer — we fill the gaps.
Wrap & invoice
Owners paid same day. Locations returned better than we found them. Invoices in EUR, GBP or USD with NIF and Spanish withholding handled. Receipts in the wrap pack within 10 working days.

How fast can an Ibiza production fixer turn around a rush brief?
Under four hours for a first read, including two or three named owner leads and a rough permit-lead map. If it’s a genuine rush — shoot window inside 10 days — put “rush” in the email subject and we’ll respond inside 90 minutes during island daylight hours.
Do you handle the drone operator and AESA clearance, or do we bring our own?
Either. We have an AESA-registered drone op on call and file the operational clearance in-house for coastal, Parque Natural and Guardia Civil-sensitive zones — typically 5–10 working days, 2–3 if the zone is pre-cleared. Bring your own drone op and we handle the paperwork and the airspace notifications. We handle it whichever way works for your crew.
Can you handle van, helicopter and yacht access on top of regular ground logistics?
Yes — kit vans sized for the Santa Gertrudis lanes, helicopter lifts booked out of Ibiza airport or Son Bonet, yacht charters from Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza and Santa Eulària harbour with a captain who understands a shoot day. We hold crew cars, talent drivers, and a chase van for wardrobe changes on cliff shoots.
Can you fast-track a Parque Natural Ses Salines permit?
Sometimes — we can compress the standard 10 working days to 5–7 for a clean, low-impact brief with a pre-cleared zone map and a catering plan inside park guidelines. No drone, no closed-beach, no generator means 5 days is realistic. With drone or closed access, plan the full 10. We know the park desk by name and never skip the full resolution; a denied fast-track costs more time than a filed-on-time standard.
How does a Formentera day-trip work logistically from an Ibiza shoot?
The 07:00 kit van catches the first Balearia or Trasmapi ferry from Ibiza town, the crew follows on the 08:00, talent on the 08:30 fast ferry. We hold a second alt-ferry slot and a RIB charter for wardrobe-only runs if the swell changes. Permits go through the Consell Insular de Formentera — lead time 7 working days for Illetes, Espalmador and Platja de Migjorn.
How do you invoice — NIF, IRPF withholding, which currencies?
Spanish VAT invoices with our NIF, itemised against the signed breakdown. IRPF withholding applied to eligible Spanish supplier payments and reported for your audit. We invoice in EUR as standard, or GBP and USD at booking-day FX. Receipts for every passed-through cost land in the wrap pack within 10 working days. UK and US agency AP desks have processed us end-to-end with no chase work required.
