One English-speaking producer on the ground in Ibiza. We know the finca owners by name, the mayors who pick up on a Saturday, and the permit desk that shuts at 14:00. File your permit in the morning, scout the location in the afternoon. Send a rush brief before noon and a shortlist, named owner leads, and a permit-lead map land back with you inside four hours.
Ibiza is small. Good Ibiza is smaller. The Ajuntament permit desk closes at 14:00 and reopens Monday; the Parc Natural de Ses Salines resolution takes ten working days and the clerk who signs it is on a boat in July; the finca your agency loved online has been off-grid since 2021, and the one that’s actually shootable is three villages over, owned by someone who answers one number only. We know which mayor picks up on a Saturday, which road opens for half an hour at first light, and what “resort campaign” really means once you’re standing in the location. One producer, one contract.
Ibiza town, Santa Eulària, Sant Josep, Sant Joan, the Ses Salines protected zone, Dalt Vila heritage, and Guardia Civil closed-road sign-off. We file in person on the day we recce — 10 working days for Parc Natural, 10–14 for municipal, 48 hours for private finca releases.
A named-owner library of fincas, coves and villages, built in person. Real relationships, not a stock database. We negotiate the access, translate the contract, and return the keys in the condition we found them.
Kit vans sized for the Santa Gertrudis lane, drivers who know the early Formentera ferry captain, villa holds for crew and talent, catering from farms under 30 km. One transport call sheet, nothing left to chance.
DPs, gaffers, 1st ACs, digital techs, HMU, stylists’ assistants, PAs, drivers. English on the call sheet, Spanish with the offices. Locally sourced, rated cards on file, briefed and on the truck for your shoot day.
Weather flip, talent delay, boat breakdown, a permit challenge at the gate. One producer on call from 07:00 to 22:00, one thread, every spend reconciled nightly and in the wrap pack by week’s end.
Drone clearance filed in-house, helicopter lifts out of Ibiza airport, horses on set, first-light closed-beach lock-ups, yacht charters out of Marina Botafoch. hola@lovely-cps.com
Tell us the campaign, the mood, the non-negotiables, the hard dates. We come back inside four hours with a shortlist of locations, a permit-lead map, and a named owner contact for each finca.
We drive the island. Owners met in person, permits filed the same day as the recce, Guardia Civil pre-cleared for closed-road shoots, alt-locations held in case weather flips.
Trucks, drivers, kit, crew, HMU, catering, drone op, talent transport. One producer, one thread, costs logged as we go. Or a lighter-touch fixer slice, if you have your own line producer — we fill the gaps.
Owners paid same day. Locations returned better than we found them. Invoices in EUR, GBP or USD with NIF and Spanish withholding handled. Receipts in the wrap pack within 10 working days.
Cala d’Hort for the Es Vedrà silhouette. Ses Salines for the pink flats the aerials can’t fake. Dalt Vila for the Phoenician wall nobody shoots twice. Sa Caleta red cliffs for the half-hour either side of 07:00. Santa Gertrudis for the finca whose owner we’ve worked with for years. Formentera as a day-trip. Hundreds more, all shoot-tested.

If you’ve got the creative locked and what you actually need is one english speaking fixer ibiza who already knows the finca owner, the village mayor and the 14:00 permit-desk closing time — that’s us. Lovely CPS has been the on-the-ground ibiza fixer for Zimmermann Resort, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton, Galvan London, Nili Lotan, Johnstons of Elgin and Fiorucci. A named-owner location library, drone clearance filed in-house through AESA, the Spanish aviation authority, and in-person contacts at Ajuntament d’Eivissa, Santa Eulària, Sant Josep, Sant Joan, the Parc Natural de Ses Salines and the Guardia Civil. We speak English on the call sheet and Spanish with the offices.
The job of the ibiza production fixer changes daily — one day it’s a Parc Natural resolution, the next a closed-road Guardia Civil sign-off for a Sa Caleta sunrise, then a last-minute villa swap in Santa Gertrudis because the pool is drained, a yacht pickup from Marina Botafoch, a Formentera ferry for the kit van. We cover permits and offices, location access and owner relations, island logistics, crew assembly, and the after-hours call when something breaks. One number, one thread, everything accounted for.
One island, one producer. If your campaign needs Ibiza plus a Formentera day-trip, fixer ibiza duties and the same team bill under one contract. Send the brief; we’ll come back inside four hours.
Under four hours for a first read, including two or three named owner leads and a rough permit-lead map. If it’s a genuine rush — shoot window inside 10 days — put “rush” in the email subject and we’ll respond inside 90 minutes during daylight hours.
Either. We have an AESA-registered drone op on call and file the operational clearance in-house for coastal, Parc Natural and Guardia Civil-sensitive zones — typically 5–10 working days, 2–3 if the zone is pre-cleared. Bring your own drone op and we handle the paperwork and the airspace notifications. Whichever way works for your crew.
Yes — kit vans sized for the Santa Gertrudis lanes, helicopter lifts booked out of Ibiza airport, yacht charters from Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza and Santa Eulària harbour with a captain who understands a shoot day. We hold crew cars, talent drivers, and a chase van for wardrobe changes on cliff shoots.
Sometimes — we can compress the standard 10 working days to 5–7 for a clean, low-impact brief with a pre-cleared zone map and a catering plan inside park guidelines. No drone, no closed-beach, no generator means 5 days is realistic. With drone or closed access, plan the full 10. We know the park desk by name and rarely skip the full resolution; a denied fast-track costs more time than a filed-on-time standard.
The 07:00 kit van catches the first Balearia or Trasmapi ferry from Ibiza town, the crew follows on the 08:00, talent on the 08:30 fast ferry. We hold a second alt-ferry slot and a RIB charter for wardrobe-only runs if the swell changes. Permits go through the Consell Insular de Formentera — lead time 7 working days for Illetes, Espalmador and Platja de Migjorn.
One senior producer on the ground, island-wide driving, phone coverage to all five permit desks (Ajuntament, Parc Natural, Guardia Civil, private owners, heritage), on-call cover from 07:00 to 22:00, and all receipts reconciled nightly. Owner fees, permits, catering, crew day rates, kit, trucks and fuel are quoted separately and passed through at cost against a signed breakdown.
Spanish VAT invoices with our NIF, itemised against the signed breakdown. IRPF withholding applied to eligible Spanish supplier payments and reported for your audit. We can bill in the currency your AP desk uses — euro, sterling, or dollar at booking-day FX. Receipts for every passed-through cost land in the wrap pack within 10 working days. UK and US agency AP desks have processed us end-to-end with no chase work required.
Send the brief. We reply in under 4h, island time. One producer, one thread, every cost accounted for.
NDA on request. We keep everything under NDA by default.
