Permits and generator compliance
Consell d’Eivissa filings, Parc Natural de Ses Salines, Dalt Vila, SOMA night permits, BOIB-compliant gensets. We run Honda eu70is enclosed units that pass BOIB without a silencer swap. 14 days baseline, 10 for private land.
VFX, post and cross-market
Comp house partners for Nuke/Flame work, colour in Berlin, edit in London or Berlin depending on the director’s preference. Briefed from the DIT cart so the handover is technically correct — EXR, ACES, correct LUT chain. Berlin covers winter pickups, studio days and post-logistics.

Es Vedrà at magic hour, Dalt Vila rooftops over the ramparts, Benirrás at low tide. A zodiac out to the cliff, a private finca in Santa Gertrudis, Sa Calobra for the road shot if Mallorca is on the ferry list. Berlin tacks on a Tempelhof hangar for the studio day and a Spreeufer waterline for the pickup.

Both. We keep a bench of directors we have paired to Ibiza briefs — fashion-film, narrative short, performance-driven music video — and we regularly produce to a director a label or rep brings in. What playback and generator permits have to be filed on Ibiza?
For outdoor playback above ambient on Ibiza, the Consell and the relevant Ajuntament want a SOMA filing 10–14 days out, plus a noise-ordinance note per BOIB regulations. Can the same crew cover editorial stills and motion in a single shoot day?
This is our specific niche. Our stylist and HMU bench is fashion-trained and our motion DPs light for editorial as readily as for Ronin work. We typically run motion and stills in a single shoot day — one crew, shared call-sheet, no stylist swap. It saves a day over two crews and the finish reads fashion-film rather than EPK-reel.
How does an Ibiza and Berlin tie-in work on one contract?
One producer, one contract, one VAT invoice. Typical shape: Ibiza for principal photography May through October, Berlin for winter pickups, studio interiors at Tempelhof or a Kreuzberg stage, and the edit and colour handover. Do you handle sync and mechanical licensing?
We introduce; we don’t clear as the rights-holder — that sits with the label or publisher. Our Madrid and London publishing contacts cover sync, master-use and mechanicals. Who do you work with for VFX, colour and edit?
We work with established comp partners for Nuke and Flame work, a Berlin colour facility on Baselight and DaVinci, and edit rooms in London or Berlin depending on the director’s preference. We brief them from the DIT cart on set so the handover is technically correct — EXR, ACES, correct LUT chain. Light VFX (sky cleanup, rig paint-out, wire remove) can stay in-house.
What is the overnight noise ordinance on Ibiza and how do you work around it?
On Ibiza the BOIB noise ordinance is enforced after 23:00 in residential-adjacent zones and the Ajuntament fines are real. Dalt Vila is a tight envelope; Ses Salines inside Parc boundaries bans overnight playback. We typically plan playback for magic-hour and golden hour; for night scenes we use click-track and in-ear rather than open speaker, which avoids the filing entirely.
