Twelve years, 400+ properties in the library, 100+ fashion and commercial projects shipped from the same ferry port. Brief Monday, recce reel Wednesday, shoot the week after — island time, but the realistic kind.
Ibiza is small. Good Ibiza is smaller. The permit office in Eivissa closes at 14:00 on Fridays and half the fincas you’ve been pinning have been off the rental market since 2021 — the owners quietly stopped answering Pinterest-ed DMs. Parque Natural around Ses Salines needs a separate application that nobody on a cold email will explain honestly. We live here, we file the paperwork in person, and we know which coves are shootable at high season and which are now a kite-surf school. One producer, one contract, 100+ campaigns of receipts.

Location scouting & library
400+ property library built door-by-door since 2013. Fincas, cliffs, coves, pink salt flats, the honey-coloured wall you keep seeing on moodboards. Each location cleared, rated for crew size, tagged by best-light window.
Permits & fixer
Ajuntament d’Eivissa, Parque Natural de Ses Salines, Guardia Civil, private owners. We file in person — 21 days for Parque Natural, 10–14 for municipal, 48 hours for private finca releases. No cold email chains.
Crew booking
Producers, PMs, DPs, gaffers, grips, HMU, stylists’ assistants, digitechs, DIT. All locally sourced, fluent English, rated cards on file. We run 14-person units routinely; Bottega Veneta ran 18 across three days and four locations.
Equipment & logistics
Profoto, Arri SkyPanel, grip trucks, boats, 4x4s for the dirt road up to the cliff at Es Vedrà. On-island rental — no ferry overnights, no last-minute freight surprises.

Brief
A paragraph, a mood, or a deck — we read it the same afternoon. Back to you with a first take, a project scope, and a shortlist of sub-places by Friday.
Scout
Recce reel — stills, video, geolocated pins — within a week of the brief. Two rounds of revisions baked in. We drive; you approve.
Produce
Permits filed, crew booked, call sheets out 72 hours ahead, catering dialled. On-set, the producer on your comms is the same producer who signed the permit.
Wrap
Rushes tidied, DIT drives shipped, receipts in the format your accountant actually accepts. Invoice and production report within 14 days of wrap.
Ibiza — our home turf
Santa Gertrudis for the almond-grove fincas. Cala d’Hort and Es Vedrà for the mythic cliff line the light hits at 19:40 in June. Ses Salines for the flat pink salt pans and the thirty-minute sunrise window before the flamingos move on. Dalt Vila for the stone-walled historic backdrop that no moodboard can resist. And Cala Salada when you need a cove that isn’t on a Condé Nast list yet.

How quickly can you turn around an Ibiza brief?
Emails answered in under 4 hours during island daylight, 12 hours max off-season. Paragraph brief in by Tuesday — you’ll have a first take, a project scope, and a sub-place shortlist by Friday. Recce reel with stills, video and geolocated pins the Monday after. Zimmermann Resort ’25 went brief-to-recce in six days.
Do you handle permits for Parque Natural, Ses Salines, and the closed coves?
Yes — filed in person at the Parque Natural de Ses Salines office and Ajuntament d’Eivissa, never by cold email. Lead time is 21 days for Parque Natural, 10–14 for municipal, 48 hours for private finca releases. Drone, helicopter and horse-on-beach permits we’ve all done. One contact; you don’t need a separate fixer.
Can you crew the shoot end-to-end, or only scout?

Do you cover Formentera and Mallorca from the Ibiza base?
Yes, as day-trips or short stays. Formentera is a 30-minute ferry (Balearia or Trasmapi) — we organise vehicle transfer, permits through the Consell Insular de Formentera, and catering. Mallorca is a 25-minute flight or a 2-hour charter ferry — we have a permanent fixer in Palma and have shot Tramuntana for cross-campaign work. One contract covers all three islands.
Can you work with our existing photographer, stylist or talent agency?
Always. We slot in whatever’s already cast and crewed; we fill the rest. We’ve collaborated with Harley Weir, Inez & Vinoodh, Chris Colls, Annemarieke van Drimmelen and Collier Schorr, and with agencies including IMG, The Society, Elite and Viva. NDA by default — we’ll counter-sign yours or use ours.
Sustainability — do you produce carbon reports?
Yes. We track crew travel, fuel, generator hours, single-use catering and waste through the albert calculator or a client-specified framework (EP, GPP). Vegetarian-default catering, reusable tableware, bicycle transfers for town-centre runs, local-owned fincas to keep spend on-island. Johnstons of Elgin received a carbon report the same week as wrap.
