Day-of fixer, drivers, grip access, HMU area, power + water confirmations. Your producer runs the shoot, we run the island.

Brief

Scout
On-island recce with cam phone + sun-path app. Lookbook + reel delivered day 5–10.
Permit + produce
Permits filed T-21. Owner agreements locked. Crew, drivers, catering slot into a run-of-show by T-3.
Wrap
Rushes on the truck within 48h of wrap. Reconciliation PDF within 10 working days. Neighbors stay happy.
Ibiza — our home turf
Santa Gertrudis, Sant Joan, Sant Carles, the northeast arm. Cala d’Hort at dawn, Ses Salines at the bird-quiet edge of May, Dalt Vila at 19:30 in late July. We’ve shot all of it, many times.

A scouting brief with us covers location library access, recce reel delivery, permit filing with the Parc Natural and Ses Salines, owner agreements, crew-day coordination, and AESA drone clearance when needed. Deliverables land in 5–10 working days. Permits are filed at T-21 so your first day on the island is shooting, not queuing outside the Ajuntament.
One producer, one contract. If your campaign wants Ibiza in January and Mallorca in March, we can run both as a single booking — one producer, one invoice. Ibiza is the house speciality — location scouting in Ibiza and the Balearics is what we do every week of the summer.
Questions we get a lot
How fast can you turn around a brief?
We reply in under 4 hours during island working hours. Full scout packs with recce reel take 5–10 working days depending on the location count — a 3-location swimwear brief typically lands day 7.
Do you handle permits for closed beaches and the Parc Natural?
Yes, in-house. Parc Natural de Ses Salines (14–21 WD), closed-beach dawn permits (21+ WD), Ajuntament d’Eivissa municipal (7 WD), AESA drone (20 BD). Fees and clerk routing are included in the scout package.
Can you crew a shoot end-to-end, or only scout?
Both. We can deliver as scouts-only, scouts + permits, or full-service production including crew, transport, catering and on-set coordination. Pick the scope and we scale to it.
How do you scope a 3-day campaign in Ibiza?
Tell us the timing, the scope and the ambitions and we build the shape — scout, permits and local crew for a campaign, leaner for editorial. We talk it through honestly on the intro call and flag anything that drives the brief one way or the other before you commit.
Do you cover Formentera and Mallorca from Ibiza?
Formentera yes — same scout pack, ferry logistics rolled in (Balearia/Trasmapi, Eivissa–La Savina). Mallorca we handle but lean harder on local partners for tramuntana-specific permits.
Do you work with international agencies booking from abroad?
Regularly. Most of our summer slate is agencies briefing remotely from overseas. We handle the on-island side end-to-end and report back in your timezone, so distance rarely slows the brief.
Can you work with our existing crew / talent agency?
Happily. We slot in whatever’s already cast and crewed; we fill the rest. Many of our bookings are crew-only because the producer brought their own DP/stylist.
Sustainability — do you do a carbon report?
On request. We run a baseline carbon audit for productions that want one (travel, energy, catering waste, disposables). Report delivered within 10 working days of wrap.
