Pankow (Prenzlauer Berg) is neighbour-sensitive — courtyard shoots before 08:00 get pushback. Tempelhof-Schöneberg handles Tempelhof street-side; the airfield itself is a separate filing to TempelhofProjekt entirely. Sometimes. Berlin distinguishes between Filmaufnahmen ohne Verkehrseinschränkung and anything that touches the street. A crew of under roughly five with no vehicles, no generator, no street closure, on public non-restricted land often proceeds on a courtesy notification rather than a full Drehgenehmigung. Editorial shoots in Mauerpark or on Oberbaumbrücke with a small crew have landed this way. Commercial work, anything with release-risk faces, or equipment vans typically needs the full filing regardless.
