Kit across the Barcelona–Ibiza ferry, Palma rollover, carnet ATA for UK talent and kit. Per-diem set up for crew. One logistics line on the invoice.
Catering & on-set services
Dietary-specific craft for 30–60 heads, vegan default, locally sourced. Coffee cart from 06:30 for sunrise calls. On-island catering partner on every campaign.
Sustainability — carbon report and reduction
Carbon report per shoot covering kit, flight, truck and power. Hybrid generators where available, refill-only on-set, locally sourced crew lodging. Report issued with the final invoice.

Brief
You send the brief in any format — deck, voice memo, 3-line email. We reply inside 4 hours with a realistic shoot-window, an island-coverage plan, and a first-pass project scope. Zimmermann Resort ’25 briefed Thursday, locations locked following Wednesday.
Scout & confirm
Recce deck inside 7 days. Owners visited in person. Permit applications filed the day the locations lock. Fiorucci AW’25 — 14 scouted, 5 shortlisted, 4 shot.
Produce
Crew, kit, trucks, catering, talent travel, carnet. On-set DIT, rushes uploaded at wrap + 2h. BTS stills and vertical cut-downs built into the day rate. Louis Vuitton — 2 shoot days, 1 rain cover day, full unit plus aerial.
Wrap
Selects within 48h, rushes delivered, carbon report issued with the final invoice. Everything archived on our side for legal, yours for use. Galvan London — rushes to London by 22:00 wrap day, invoice plus carbon PDF in 72h.

How many days do you need for a fashion campaign?
For a standard 3-look resort campaign — 1 scout day, 2–3 shoot days, 1 wrap-and-travel day. Talent lands the night before call. Longer campaigns (8+ looks, cruise or global) typically run 4–5 shoot days plus a rain-cover day. Zimmermann Resort ’25 shot 4 Ibiza locations in 3 shoot days; Fiorucci AW’25 covered 4 locations in 2 days. Single-look lookbook days are quoted that way.
What does your approvals workflow look like for a brand-side client?
Call-sheet sign-off by 19:00 the night before. Location final-lock at T-3 days. Casting selects inside 48h of the callback. One named approver on day one — not three. For holding-company brands (LVMH, Kering group) we route through their EU production compliance cc’d on the PO. Harper’s Bazaar Spain — brief approved and shot with four people on the thread, start to wrap.
When do we get the rushes?
Rushes uploaded to your nominated share (WeTransfer Pro / Frame.io / Dropbox Business) at wrap + 2 hours. Colour-managed proxies first, H.265 originals second. Selects reel inside 48h. Full card-dump on an encrypted drive couriered the next business day. Galvan London received rushes in London by 22:00 wrap day; Zara Woman’s ecomm team had overnight selects.
Do you shoot BTS content for social and PR?
Yes — built into the day rate on every fashion campaign. A 2-person BTS unit (stills plus vertical video) delivers 80–120 stills, 3–5 vertical 9:16 cut-downs, and a horizontal 60s edit. Light colour pass, not full grade. If you need BTS to campaign grade, we add a second DP day. Fiorucci AW’25 BTS was live on the brand’s IG 24h after wrap.
Do you issue a carbon report?
Yes, with real line-items — flight kg CO2e per crew member, truck diesel, generator fuel, kit flown vs trucked, hotel-night energy, catering meat-to-plant ratio. We issue a per-shoot PDF with the final invoice. For Kering and LVMH brands with scope 3 reporting obligations, we align to the framework their compliance team specifies. Johnstons of Elgin (B-Corp adjacent) received the report the same week as wrap. No offset theatre — we reduce first, then report what’s left.
Who owns campaign usage and territory rights?
Usage is yours from day one — we produce, you own. Model releases are signed for the territory and duration you specify (worldwide-in-perpetuity, EU 2 years, paid-social only, etc.). Location-owner releases are negotiated per scout — some Ibiza fincas allow usage-in-perpetuity, some cap at 12 months. All restrictions are disclosed in the recce deck, so there’s no repricing at wrap. Johnstons of Elgin — worldwide digital and print, 2 years, all locations cleared at recce.
Do you cover Formentera and Mallorca from the Ibiza base?
Yes, as day-trips or short stays. Formentera is a 30-minute ferry — we organise vehicle transfer, permits through the Consell Insular de Formentera, and catering. Mallorca is a 25-minute flight or a 2-hour charter ferry — we have a permanent fixer in Palma and have shot Tramuntana for cross-campaign work. One contract covers all three islands.
Can you work with our existing crew or talent already cast?
Always. We slot in around whatever is already cast or crewed and fill the rest. We’ve collaborated with agencies including IMG, The Society, Elite and Viva, and with in-house talent teams at LVMH and Kering brands. NDA by default — we’ll counter-sign yours or use ours.
