Brief

Scout
Recce reel in 72 hours — real photos, real owners, real access confirmations. Not a Pinterest deck. Two rounds of revisions baked in; we drive, you approve.
Produce
We close permits, crew, kit and logistics under one P&L. Weekly cost tracker shared Friday. NDA by default. The producer on your comms is the same producer who signed the permit.
Wrap
Clean wrap — locations released, SD cards handed to DIT, rushes tidied. Invoice and production report within 14 days of wrap; receipts in the format your accountant actually accepts.

Spain from our side of the desk is four places. Ibiza is the backbone — the location library, the permit relationships, the finca owners who answer our calls. Formentera is a day-boat ride for the shot nobody else has. Mallorca is the Tramuntana road, Sa Calobra at first light, a quiet cove in Deià. Berlin is the same producer, three hours north, with a van that fits on Oranienstraße.

Questions we get a lot
Are you a full-service production company across Spain, or only Ibiza?
We are a full-service production company Spain-wide, but we’re honest about the weighting. The bulk of our campaigns landed on Ibiza or Formentera — where the 400+ location library and crew roster sit. Mallorca and Berlin run on the same contract and same producer, and we add local fixers in Palma and Kreuzberg for every job. Recent cross-market example — Johnstons of Elgin resort, Tramuntana combined with Ibiza on one MSA.
Can one contract really cover Ibiza, Mallorca and Berlin?
Yes — that’s the headline offer. Single MSA, single producer, covering all three postcodes. UK, US and EU agencies see one invoice currency, one VAT treatment and one point of contact. The only thing that changes between legs is the local fixer and the truck hire. One contract, one producer, one phone number.
What is the Balearic film-production rebate, and can you advise on it?
The Balearic Islands offer a qualifying regional incentive on Spanish production spend — the same incentive Mallorca Film Commission actively promotes. We advise on whether a shoot qualifies and refer to a Palma-based accountant who handles the filing; the rebate mechanics sit with the production-company-of-record. Ask us when you brief.
Do you handle permits for Ses Salines, Tramuntana and Berlin public spaces?
All three, in-house. Ibiza — we file with Ajuntament d’Eivissa and the Parque Natural de Ses Salines, 7–14 days lead. Mallorca — Consell de Mallorca for Sa Calobra, Cap de Formentor and Serra de Tramuntana, 14–21 days. Berlin — Tempelhof, Teufelsberg, Spree and street-closure permits through the local Bezirksamt, roughly 10 days.
Can you work with our existing DP, stylist and talent agency?
Yes — a lot of our work arrives with a fixed creative team already booked from London or NYC and we plug into production only. We book local crew underneath (gaffer, grip, HMU, runners, DIT), handle permits and logistics, and leave the creative untouched. Galvan London arrived with their own creative team; we built the local crew and ran the shoot.
How quickly can you turn around a Spain brief?
Emails answered in under 4 hours during Ibiza daylight hours, 12 hours max otherwise. Paragraph brief in by Tuesday — first take, project scope and sub-place shortlist by Friday. Recce reel with stills, video and geolocated pins the Monday after. The cross-market leg (Mallorca or Berlin) is scoped in the same first call, not a second engagement.
How do you handle confidentiality on luxury briefs?
NDA by default before any property photos leave our drive. Pre-release campaign assets are kept off cloud-shared drives and handed to DIT on-set only. Portfolio attributions are on request by default — which is why most of our tiles read as brand-only rather than naming full creative teams. We counter-sign yours or use ours.
Sustainability — do you produce a carbon report?
On request, yes. We track van-km, ferry freight versus air-freight (ferry wins on Ibiza kit), per-crew catering waste and hotel stays. The report matches the template most UK and EU luxury houses want. For the cleanest footprint we suggest basing out of one island and day-tripping — Ibiza to Formentera by boat, Ibiza to Mallorca by ferry and truck — rather than flying kit twice.
